DATA TRANSFER

Apart from wthat specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data.

The provision of data is mandatory for the purpose of Contact or Registration to Medlemme Srl and is optional for the other purposes depending on the specific aim for which the data is processed.

Failure to provide the data marked with the symbol * or wording (required) will make it impossible to obtain what has been requested or to use the services of the data controller.

 

RECIPIENTS

Your data, which is the subject of the processing, may be shared with companies that are contractually linked to Medlemme Srl with a single shareholder, abroad within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits set by art. 44 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. Personal data may be transferred abroad to countries outside the EU, in particular in Switzerland, a country considered safe by European Guarantors, within the context and the limits set by article 45 and following of the EU Regulation 2016/769. The data may be shared with third parties belonging to the following categories:

• entities that provide services for the management of the information system used by Medlemme Srl with a single shareholder and telecommunications networks;
• freelancers, studios or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
• subjects that provide services for the management of the activities indicated in the above mentioned purposes (subjects for communication, printing brochures, flyers, websites, videos);
• platform managers for the services listed above (site hosting, youtube);
• Commercial Partners, only with prior consent;
• competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and / or provisions of public entities if required.

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processing Manager, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers.

If at the time of online registration, you have consented to the dissemination of your data by publication on the corporate website of the company, your data will be disclosed. Any further communication or disclosure will only take place with your explicit consent.

 

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY | COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You can assert your rights as expressed in the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller, by sending an email to orsoline8@gmail.com. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for accessing to your personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of processing.

Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, the processing of your data (including automated processing, eg profiling), as well as the portability of your data. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to complain to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) (consent) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a) (particular data consent for single purpose), have the right to revoke the consent given at any time.

In the case of request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you with a structured format, commonly used and readable, by automatic device, the personal data concerning you, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the art. 20 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.

 

MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy statement at its discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain the indication of the update date.
